Buying in our online store means being able to find all the available models and sizes of Portside and having a guarantee of quality and service in a comfortable and safe way, anywhere in the world.
How to buy
Buying in the Portside online store is easy: once you have chosen the item you want to buy, simply add it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add” button. You will then be directed to a screen with your purchase summary. Once you have made sure that everything is fine, simply proceed with the purchase, fill in the requested information and you are done! Make sure delivery and quality are with us!
Do I need to create an account?
It is not necessary to create an account. You can end your request through a guest user account or even log in with your favorite social network like facebook or instagram.

Payments can be made through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Delivery in Portugal – You will receive up to 3 business days after payment.
Delivery in Spain – You will receive up to 5 business days after payment.
Delivery in other countries – You will receive up to 7 business days after payment.
What size do I use?
Please refer to our Size Guide and find out the Portside size you wear through your foot measurement. You also have a 15 day period to exchange the size if necessary.
Where are the products produced?
All our collections are produced and manufactured in Portugal.
Are the products original?
Our online store is the only Portside brand store. We only sell 100% original products.
Are there Portside stores?
Our brand store is exclusively online.
You can find several of our products sold in various shoe stores, in the case of resellers. Therefore, we do not have access to stock quantities or sizes. Consult the Shoe Store in question for any situation related to the purchase made there.
