How to make an exchange?
Changes are made within a maximum period of 15 days, counted from the date of receipt of the order.
To make an exchange you must follow the following steps:
1. Complete the Exchange and Returns Form available to download here.
2. Pack the item in the original sealed packaging, along with the Duplicate Invoice and the Returns and Exchanges Form and send it to:

The re-shipment of the order and the respective costs are responsibility of the client, however, the shipping of the new pair respects the shipping price table applied by Portside.
How to make a refund?

The refund of the value of the item will be made within a maximum period of 5 business days from the date of receipt of the item and will be made in accordance with the following payment methods:
- Paypal if the purchase was made through Paypal;
- Bank transfer if the purchase was made through IfthenPay.
Changes and returns will only be made after receiving the product at the Portside facilities and if it is in the same conditions to which it was shipped.
Exchanges and returns for personalized products
Personalized items aren’t accepted for exchange or return. Personalized products are considered all products in which changes are made to the model requested by the customer, such as: initials set, color change and color, etc.
Exchanges and Returns in Christmas Period
DELIVERIES
Orders placed before December 15, 2024: will be shipped before December 20, 2024.
Orders placed after December 15, 2024: will be shipped from January 2, 2025.
CONSULT THE SHIPMENT STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
For Mainland Portugal: when dispatching an order, you will receive via SMS and Email the shipping number associated with your order. You can check the status through the FEMA website.
For other destinations: Consult the order’s shipping status using the tracking number provided via email on the CTT website or Carrier.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For orders placed between the 18th of November and the 20th of December 2024: Exchanges and returns are available until the 15th of January 2025.
For orders placed after December 20, 2024: Exchanges and returns available within 15 calendar days.
CLOSING PERIOD
Our services will be closed between the 20th of December 2024 and the 1st of January 2025. During this period you can contact us through the contact form or via email: cliente@portside.pt
Exchanges & Returns - Campaign "Back to School" 2024
Campaign valid from September 13 to October 13, 2024.
Exchanges are made within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange of promotional items is limited to stock, therefore, the sale price remains if the exchange item is in stock. If the new size or model is not in stock, the customer must pay the difference in value of the new item.
